Early Intervention PA Child offers three Early Intervention Services and Special Instruction Services for children age three years and younger. Attachment and Bonding – Is an excellent tool for parents involved in the child welfare system to help correct poor parenting practices. Behavior –This special assistance helps caregivers learn how to develop strategies that can help manage children who have challenging behaviors caused by trauma or developmental concerns. Parenting – This teaches an understanding of child development and encourages good family management practices. All of these services can be referred by local agencies, physicians, or therapists as a means to assist families that need intensive or customized work.
